Wine God™ Marks

The following are trademarks (™) of Wine God and its operators, used in commerce since 2026:

  • Wine God™ — the brand name
  • Wine God Score™ — the proprietary 60–100 scoring system
  • The Oracle of the Vine™ — tagline
  • Scan to Shop™ — feature designation
  • The Wine God logotype, dot mark, and visual system

Federal trademark registration (USPTO) is recommended once the entity is formed. Pending registration, use the ™ symbol consistently in commerce. Do not use the ® symbol until federal registration is granted.

Wine God is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any producer or appellation body unless explicitly stated.

User-Generated Content

Photographs you upload remain your property. By submitting them, you grant Wine God the limited license described in our Terms of Service. We do not claim ownership over user reviews submitted to the "Featured" section, but we retain the right to display, format, and republish submitted reviews within the Service.

DMCA / Takedown

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, send a takedown notice to ip@winegod.app including: (1) identification of the infringed work, (2) URL of the infringing content, (3) your contact information, and (4) a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury.
